In science we have been learning about light and shadows. The kiddos learned that a shadow is formed when light cannot pass through something. We also learned about things being translucent, transparent and opaque. After going over all of the vocabulary for the lesson, the class got to work on creating hand shadow animals. They sure had a lot of fun using flashlights to make the shadows all around the classroom.
